Additionally, we use internationally certified equipment. In our group classes, we offer the basic Reformer, along with the unique Pilates Chair and Silk Suspension.

For one-on-one sessions, we provide even more equipment, with full apparatus available.

ONE ON ONE : 🔹Private session programming is unique and designed around your physical needs.

DUO Session : ✅ Semi-private Pilates training is a session with only two participants.
✅ The training program can be customized to meet the needs and physical condition of the participants for optimal and targeted results.

Premium Group Class : ✅ Pilates equipment includes the Reformer and Pilates Chair.
✅ The class is limited to a maximum of 8 participants.

🔹 This allows the instructor to provide thorough attention, ensuring proper form, maximizing benefits, and minimizing the risk of injury.

🔹 Suitable for all levels, from Beginner to Advanced, with a variety of clearly categorized classes to choose from.
